Following the holding of the MUNED first General Assembly (MUNED-GA1) on the 5^th of January, 2019 at Mbelenka in M’muock (Fosimondi), these resolutions were taken.

Resolution #1: The assembly Adopted the activity report and the financial report for 2018 and hence they are now official documents.

Resolution #2: The assembly adopted that in 2019, MUNED shall offer assistance to children displaced from the village who are now attending education in nearby Menoua Division as part of the organization community support program.

Resolution #3: The assembly adopted that MUNED shall actively participate in the organization of MUDECA congress in April, 2019 with printed materials like T-shirts and pens that carry MUNED logo. MUNED shall hire a professional photographer to cover MUDECA congress as part of building M’muock documentary project envisage.

Resolution #4: The assembly mandated MUNED whapsap forum to adopt the budget for 2019 after the leadership has made research on the various activities adopted and make  proposals on the costs involved.

Resolution #5: The assembly admitted Mr. Njofie Isaac Fieze  to MUNED organization. He officially joined MUNED organization after payment of his registration fees as enshrined in MUNED Constitution. The leadership shall notify him.

Resolution #6: The assembly admitted Mr. Techiatsop Romanus to MUNED organization. He officially joined the MUNED organization after payment of his registration fees as enshrined in MUNED Constitution. The leadership shall notify him.

Resolution #7: The assembly admitted Miss Akwanga Nina to MUNED organization. She officially joined the MUNED organization after payment of her registration fees as enshrined in MUNED Constitution. The leadership shall notify her.

Resolution #8: The assembly adopted concerning Mr. Agu Valentin Afamuefuna of Nigeria that his application be kept pending the development of AFNED which shall be an extension of MUNED that incorporated non M’muock citizens. The leadership shall notify him.

Resolution #9: The assembly commissioned MUNED team to get M’muock geographers to actually come up with a document that situates M’muock giving all geographical characteristics and to develop M’muock Wikipedia in addition to the organization website.

Resolution #10: The assembly sympathies with one of the organization members, Dr. Patricia Nkweteyim who lost her husband and delegated the Coordinator, Mr Tianguam Rosetang to pay her a condolence visit on behalf of the organization.
