MUNED is a professional network with both nationals (Cameroon based) and Diaspora (Abroad) working as a team to promote education and local development in the M’muock area of Lebialem Division of the South West Region of Cameroon through research and publication, community support, community sensitization and public education.

Membership eligibility is based on one’s identification as researcher, publisher or readiness to participate in community development. To become a member, one has to follow an online registration process available at the membership registration page of our website. The application form should be filled and submitted, to be examined at the General Assembly at the end of the year following stipulations in the constitution.
Members organize themselves into various disciplines or departments in which each member can perform best based on professional backgrounds.

MR. TIANGUAM ROSETANG (Lincoln, USA)

He is a holder of a Bachelor Degree (BSc) in Accounting from the University of Buea (UB) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting and Finance from ESSEC of Douala University. He formerly worked at an International Organization, Pan African Institute for Development (PAID) from 2012 to 2019 where he served as the Coordinator of Finance and Administration at the General Secretariat in Yaounde (PAID-GS) and as the Finance and Administration Officer (FAO) of the Pan African Institute for Development – West Africa (PAID-WA), Buea before traveling to settled in Lincoln, Nebraska in USA where he is continuing his career development. His international experience with the Pan African Institute for Development (PAID) greatly motivated him to initiate MUNED Organization and was previlleged to be elected by the MUNED Constitutive General Assembly (MUNED – CGA) as the pioneer National Coordinator of the Organization. Since then, he has been able to mobilized resources (human, Finance, materials, etc.) to see that the vision and mission of the organization are achieved. Through his leadership skills, MUNED has been able to build a solid network of Researchers and publishers and is working towards affiliation with other research and publication networks around the world. He is also a talented young man who believes in the vision that Africans can build their own development model that best meets their societal values and specificities without necessarily copying that of the Western world and the Eastern world. He had argued that Africa has its realities and particularities distinct from those of the Western World and the Eastern World that must be taken into account in building African development model. Thus, to him, a development model in Africa that doesn’t include African realities and particularities is a cosmetic development model that can never resolve developmental challenges in Africa.

He joined the department of history of MUNED thanks to his long experience in teaching. As a MUNED member, he had been able to write articles and papers for publication, reviewed written articles and papers from other researchers and publishers. He brought a lot of input into a book soon to be published by MUNED titled: “The M’muock People of the Republic of Cameroon”.

He is a Geology teacher at GBHS Bamengui since 2018 and also a Web designer/developer and the founder/CEO of Faithworks Tech. His experience in web/graphic designing motivated him to join the IT department of MUNED in which he has been able to build a first class website for the organization. He has been very instrumental in running MUNED facebook page and that has attracted thousands of Facebook followers worldwide. PA KWENCHIA ALOYS (Mbouda – Camerooon)
Kwenchia Aloys Zaomoh did primary education in Presbyterian school Fosimondi, secondary education in Seat of Wisdom College Fontem and CCAST Bambili, Higher Teachers Education in ENS annexe Bambili. After graduating with DiPCEG in Biology, he taught in GSS Nguti, GSS Bali, College Bilingue D’Application Yaounde, GSS Etoug Ebe Yaounde. He later studied and graduated from the University of Yaounde with BSc in Zoology. He also obtained a DIPES II in Biology from ENS Yaounde, after which he taught in GSS Atiala-Nkwen and then GBHS Mbouda till date. He is a GCE O/Level Chemistry examiner and then A/L Biology examiner. He has been a school administrator (SDM and VP) for long. Has written and published a Literature book (High Aspirations) on M’muock culture and another book (Discovering the people of M’muock-Fosimondi-) on the history, culture and tradition of M’muock- Fosimondi- about to be published. He is proud to call M’muock his home. He is a pioneer executive member of MUDECA (1985).
DR. ASOBO NKENGMATIA ELVIS ASAAH (Cameroon-Yaounde)

Asobo’s research experience in the domain of Geochemistry, Petrology, Volcanology, Environmental Geology, Hydrology, Hydrogeology and Hydrochemistry for the past ten (10) years has given him a good mastery of the geology of Cameroon and its resource potentials. He has published several research works and presented research results at international scientific conferences. He is a member of the Geochemical Society of Japan (GSJ), Japan Geosciences Union (JPGU), Goldschmidt, Asia Oceania Geosciences Society (AOGS), GEOFLUID, International Association of Volcanology and Chemistry of the Earth’s Interior (IAVCEI), Commission on Volcanic Lakes (CVL), GERAS Cameroon, MUNED and Cameroon Geoscience Union (CGU). He is a visiting lecturer in the Department of Geology, Mining and Environmental Sciences of the University of Bamenda. Dr. Asaah is a civil servant in the Cameroon public service and has served since 2004. He worked as a geology teacher (2004 – 2010) and from 2010 – present, he has been working with the Ministry of Mines, Industry and Technological Development (MINMIDT), Yaounde. Dr Asaah is also a member of the geology and geography research unit of MUNED. His multi-talents, experience, credibility and collaboration with other members of MUNED and partners is a guarantee to the credibility of MUNED as an internationally recognised emerging research group. He is ready to share his experience, contributions or work with any researcher who is interested in the MUNED research activities in the field of geosciences.
TECHIATSOP ROMANUS NGEONKEANG (Yaounde-Cameroon)

Since 2004, he worked as computer information system analyst, developer and network technician with Hybrid Technology Services and SOCSUBA SARL before joining the Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training in 2009 where he is in charge of control and follow up of the execution of public contracts. Apart from being a civil servant, he is the President General of M'muock Fosimondi Development and Cultural Association (MUDECA) since 2016 where through his leadership, a lot of community development projects has been executed in M’muock (Fosimondi) village.
He joined MUNED organization in 2019. His experience in public service and community development through MUDECA motivated him to be part of the MUNED organization in which he is attached to the IT department of the organization. Together with the IT team, he is very committed to see that M’muock community is able to integrate itself into the world through information technology and community development projects.
NJOFIE ISAAC FIEZE (Maroua-Cameroon)

He joined MUNED organization since 2019 and he is attached to the Editorial Department of the organization. His sociolinguistics background encouraged him to see MUNED as a good tool through which language can be used to solve societal challenges. Since, 2019 he works in the Editorial Department alongside other members of the organization.
AKWANGA NINA (Dschang-Cameroon)

Her wind of education started at G.S Apang in Mmuock Fosimondi to GBPS group 1 Mutengene where she spend some few years after which she return to Dschang and obtained the FSLC and common entrance examination in 2003. From 2004 to 2010, she schooled at GBHS Dschang where she obtained the G.C.E Ordinary Level in 2008 and G.C.E Advanced Level in 2010. She has research skills, teaching experience for both the secondary and university students and marketing skills. This enriching academic success of hers paved the way for her admission as a ph.D research student for the university of Dschang since 2017. She has the intention to discover other profit making livelihood activities and means through which it can be implemented on mountainous areas. She joined MUNED in 2019 because of her zeal to contribute to the development of the area.
